Supported a remote patient monitoring company focused on chronic care management. Maintained internal systems, cleaned and organized patient health data, and worked closely with clinicians to improve access, documentation, and continuity of care. Built tech workflows, improved UI, and provided cross-functional support across admin, tech, and clinical tasks.
2018
Provided front-line tech support for ~200 students and faculty. Resolved login, printing, and software issues across labs and classrooms. Supported department-wide upgrades and created triage templates to reduce issue resolution times.
2016–2018
Contributed to a grant-funded behavioral health app project. Collaborated with faculty and clinicians to develop content, design wireframes, and prepare materials for academic conferences. Created use cases, wireframes, and research diagrams.

Tutored students in introductory physics courses. Assisted with understanding core concepts, problem solving techniques, and exam preparation in both one-on-one and group settings.
